At YS Couture, we offer two garment lines:
 • Ready-to-Wear – limited-edition pieces from our seasonal collections, crafted after your order is placed
 • Bespoke / Couture – exclusive one-of-a-kind pieces designed and tailored individually for each client

 • Ready-to-Wear: 7 days – 3 weeks
 • Bespoke: 3 weeks – 3 months (depending on complexity)

Domestic Shipping (Ukraine)

📦 Delivery via Nova Poshta
 • Please indicate your nearest pickup location when placing your order
 • Delivery cost according to Nova Poshta’s standard rates
 • You will receive a tracking number via SMS once your item has been shipped

International Shipping

🌍 We ship worldwide via DHL Express, UPS, MEEST, or Ukrposhta – you can choose your preferred carrier at checkout.
 • A tracking number will be provided after shipment
 • Shipping fees and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer
 • A 50% prepayment is required to confirm all international orders

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the artisanal and made-to-order nature of our garments, we maintain a no return or exchange policy by default. However, we are committed to ensuring our clients are fully satisfied, and we offer limited exceptions depending on the product category:

Bespoke / Couture Orders

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for Bespoke items, as they are individually created for each client.
We may offer adjustments or credit in the following exceptional cases:
 • The item arrives damaged or defective
 • The item does not match the agreed specifications (e.g., size, fabric, color, length)
 • An unprecedented production delay occurred, and we failed to notify you within 1 week of your order date

In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the garment, including clear photos and a description of the issue. After review and approval, you may return the item for necessary corrections or receive a store credit valid for 6 months.

Ready-to-Wear Orders

Returns or exchanges for Ready-to-Wear items are considered on a case-by-case basis under these conditions:
 • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery
 • The garment is unused and in its original packaging
 • We approve the return or exchange in writing

Once approved, you will receive a store credit valid for 6 months, which can be applied toward a future purchase.
